1. New Feature -- New way to surf for traffic.. Surf by Descriptions!
Many members have indicated that they wanted another way to surf blogs for traffic rather than randomly hitting blogs across the BlogExplosion network..
BlogExplosion is proud to present our newest feature Surf by Description!
Surf by Description is a new method of finding new blogs for credits with the ability to surf blogs by their text descriptions. It means members can select blogs right down to the category and only visit the blogs that interest them..
You will be able to now skim over the text descriptions of each blog in each category where YOU make the choice of what blogs YOU want to visit to earn credits. This gives all members the complete freedom of visiting the blogs YOU WANT TO SEE!
This is a very significant update over the current version of BlogExplosion as members now have even more power to find the types of blogs they want to see which increases the quality of traffic received by everyone.

2. BlogExplosion expected traffic flow
As a result of this latest feature launch traffic flow on BlogExplosion will need to filter itself out over the next couple of weeks. We needed to bulk up credit inventories in the system to allow members to surf by blog description which initially slows down traffic delivery, but will shortly work through the excess inventory and create a balanced traffic delivery.
With features like Surf by Description and Member Profiles it means more people are actually looking for and finding your blog rather than a mere 30 second look each time. Traffic quality will continue to rise which means more actual readership and people spending the time to take a good look at your blog.
Over the last two weeks BlogExplosion has received record amounts of traffic which is excellent considering the time of year (well known for seasonal downward pressures on web traffic across the internet.)
Looking at those same traffic numbers, BlogExplosion continues to grow very rapidly ranked as a top 10,000 - 20,000 website on the entire internet and shows no signs of slowing down at this point. BlogExplosion is the largest traffic exchange on the internet by far and will continue to get bigger through the rest of 2005. Overall system traffic flow will regulate itself over the next 2-3 weeks and with the new features falling into place members will see their traffic numbers surpassing old daily traffic records shortly.

5. BlogExplosion V2.0 is looking great and just around the corner....
We got back our first look at the re-design of BlogExplosion and it looks great! We are REALLY pleased with how BE v2.0 is going to turn out..
The team here has two more major projects to finish over the next 2-3 weeks that will be integrated into the new re-design so there will be lots of more amazing surprises for members moving forward. BlogExplosion is evolving into more of a blog community than just a blog traffic exchange and that is part of the strategy we are taking on moving forward...
We MAY ask members where required to help with BETA testing of the new features and re-design where required to make all of the product launches run smoothly for live production as we quickly approach August, so if the call comes give us a hand by providing any feedback or problems you might encounter...
