1. BlogExplosion Re-Design now live!!
After many hours of hard work we are proud to announce the re-design of BlogExplosion is now complete and running.

The idea is to start offering more dynamic content and to make BlogExplosion more interactive and create a stronger sense of community for bloggers everywhere. We now display member thumbnails on the main page along with more information when you mouse over the thumbnail to encourage people to visit blogs while visiting the site. Podcasts can also be listened to from the main page as well which helps showcase all of the fantastic sites and sounds from our members.
- Traffic Delivery -
We expect with the new design and August now almost over that traffic will pick up briskly and get things really moving. Thanks for your continued patience as we worked behind the scenes getting ready for today.
Let us know if you find any bugs and report them by sending us a trouble ticket.
We hope you enjoy the re-design of BlogExplosion and we will continue to do our best to make the best blog resource website on the internet.

2. 2005 Project List
The re-design of BlogExplosion was a project that we have been working on for some time now but now that it is live does not mean we are slowing down.

New Features coming...... Quite a few actually..
The main members page will be re-designed, profiles will be updated, Battle of the Blogs and Blog Rocket will be re-vamped, Podcast Directory re-done and new features such as Rent My Blog, BlogExplosion Blog, Knowledge (Question and Answer Knowledge Base) and Blog Tools with things like stats and other neat things ...... There are a couple of other projects that we are working on as well but because our competitors steal so many of our features (even down to our site copy) we have to keep quiet until they go live.

3. Race to 50,000 members
Our short-term goal is to have 50,000 members by the end of 2005 and we will be advertising around the internet to continue to bring in more members to BlogExplosion. We will look to start our advertising campaigns come October to help us reach our goal of 50,000 members by the end of the year.

4. Have you qualified for all of the August contests yet?
Just a gentle reminder that BlogExplosion holds some great monthly contests for tons of bonus traffic. The end of August is rapidly approaching so make sure you are qualified for all of the August contests for a chance to win!
