1. New Feature - Blog of the Day!
Now on BlogExplosion you can qualify to be the BE Blog of the Day. To qualify all you need to do is login to BlogExplosion at least once a day and you will be entered daily where we pick a random member each day.
To see the daily Blog of the Day you will see the thumbnail on the main members page and if you click on the link below we provide more information by listing the current Blog of the Day and the winners for the previous 7 days.

2. New Feature - New updated ShoutBOX
Now on BlogExplosion you can chat with other bloggers around the world in real-time and discuss whats on your mind!
BlogExplosion has just relaunched our ShoutBOX located on the main members page with a new upgraded chat system.
- unified login means you do not have the inconvenience of logging in separately to chat
- ignore users
- private message other members
- audio and other notifications
We have more modifications to complete on the ShoutBOX including properly integrating mystery credits when chatting and we are also looking at offering contests-polls directly from ShoutBOX as well.
It may take a little getting used to but this is definitely an update from the old ShoutBOX scripts we had in place. We continue to strive to make BlogExplosion the best blog resource and blog community on the internet and we appreciate any feedback that you have regarding our new ShoutBOX.

3. Coming soon - Updated Profile Directory Page
Just a quick note that the Member Profile Directory page will be updated this weekend to look a little more professional. Should be up in the next 2 days.

From there we will look at members being able to upload their personal photo to their profile page as well in September!

4. Coming next week - Updated Battle of the Blogs
Coming early next week the Battle of the Blogs main page will also be re-designed (creative) to look much better and make the flow of the page a little easier to understand.
In September we will be doing our next update to Battle of the Blogs with full 30 second visits and a new scoring system to make BOTB a better application.
Stay tuned as September promises to be a busy month.

5. September Projects in Full Swing
The start of September means that we will be working hard to get out all of our September projects.
The main members page will be completely re-designed with updated functionality and the Rent My Blog feature will also be ready as well.
Again please continue to provide us with feedback to let us know how we are doing and what can be improved still as we make BlogExplosion a great website to visit!
