1. Comments Feature Live!
After a few days of making sure the comments feature is working correctly BlogExplosion is happy to announce that members can now leave comments for other BlogExplosion members. Incorporating a feature like leaving comments is really tricky because different members have different commenting needs, so BlogExplosion has spent the extra time to make sure that members can set their personal preferences to how you want comments to work.
You can now add comments to other member blogs while either surfing for traffic, searching for blogs from the BlogExplosion directory or when using the search feature. Note: We have set some guidelines when leaving comments on other member blogs in order that the comments feature is not abused.

- Members must have at least one active blog on their site in order to post comments on other member blogs
- Members can post a maximum of 5 new comments per day. This is to address comment spam and members caught spamming in any form will see their accounts suspended or deleted
- The use of profanity or abusive commenting is not allowed and members that do not follow these guidelines can also see their accounts suspended or deleted!
Members can set up their comments preferences by logging in and clicking on the add/edit blogs link from the members area.

BlogExplosion allows you to decide whether or not to have comments enabled for your account where if you do NOT want comments left on your blog you can disable comments for any sites on your account. Also members can be notified via email when a new comment is posted about your blog. Again this feature can be turned off as well if you prefer NOT to be notified by email when new comments are left by other members.
Please select your account comment preferences so that you can customize how you want BlogExplosion to handle your blog comments

2. See WHO rated your blog
Now on BlogExplosion members can see WHO rated them and what they rated your blog! After getting some member feedback we have decided not to show the actual ratings before November 3rd but as of right now members will be able to see who rated their blogs and what they rated you.
You can see all of this information again on your add/edit blogs link for all the blogs you have on your account. It shows your overall rating and if you click on the link where it says how many ratings you have it will now show who rated you and what they rated you.

All BlogExplosion members can also see who has rated different blogs with links to who rated blogs and what the rating was from the BlogExplosion Directory and search page. If you see the blog title with something like (16 votes), just click on the link and you can see who rated that blog.

3. Win Mystery Credits from the Blog Directory!
Members can now win Mystery Credits when clicking on sites from the BlogExplosion directory! We received feedback that some members prefer to find new sites from searching the Blog Directory so we have added random Mystery Credits that you can win from clicking on member sites from the directory too.
You MUST be logged in to win Mystery Credits but you can check out the BlogExplosion Blog Directory here.

4. October Traffic Lottery Winners
Each month BlogExplosion holds a traffic lottery where members can use their un-used credits and enter the monthly contest for a chance of bonus traffic!

5. New features in the works...
BlogExplosion is just over 40 days old now and since the original launch we have updated and introduced new features every week. We have received tons of feedback and suggestions from members to what can be improved. We are doing our best to incorporate new functionality based on what members want to see added and improved and will continue to add fun and exciting new features that members can enjoy.
Members have voiced their concerns about the quality of traffic received from BlogExplosion and with features like blogmarks and the ability to add comments to other member blogs, we are always trying to find new ways to make sure members are reading blogs and not just waiting for 30 seconds to simply earn credits. We are open to new ideas and suggestions to how we can improve BlogExplosion and working hard to deliver on that promise. Any ideas, feedback and suggestions are always welcome!
Again when the numbers allow us to do so members will be able to surf blogs in only the categories that interest them. We appreciate your patience and WILL have this feature ready when the memberbase is large enough to make it work.
We also realize that BlogExplosion has many different features and this can be confusing for some members. Over the next few weeks we will launch a blog of our own that will contain tips and tricks, tutorials, questions members ask, articles and anything else that will help members use BlogExplosion. Again we know that some of the features are tricky to figure out so we want to make sure we explain how everything works on the site.
Stay tuned.. Lots of new features are on the way and a sincere thanks for all of the fantastic support and feedback we have received so far from our members.
