We do not accept all sites online. The sites advertised must follow some rules.

Your site must follow these rules:
- Cannot break out of the surf frame
- Your site must be in english
- The site must be a blog, or a service that cater to bloggers

In addition we reserve the right to deny any site at our own discretion.

Any site not following the rules will be deleted and user given a warning. Break the rules twice and your account will be deleted. Any earnings in your account will be forfeitted.

We require a valid and working email address. For any account that bounce emails we reserve the right to suspend that account until the email address is updated.

For accounts that isn't updated for a certain period will be deleted.

You also agree to any changes to the terms of agreement in the future. If you don't accept the new terms of agreement you are free to terminate your account with BlogExplosion at any time.

Any account found to be used for fradulent activity will be deleted and any credits in the account will be forfeited.

Fradulent activity includes tampering with the system and use it in a way it's not designed, trying to manipulate the surf session but not limited to these activities.

We reserve the right to terminate any account at our own discretion for any fradulent activity.

You are only allowed to have one account with us. If you have multiple accounts all of them will be terminated without warning.

You are not allowed to sell BlogExplosion credits to other users. Selling credits for cash is not allowed and if you are found to do so your account will be deleted.

Credits earned on BlogExplosion is only for personal use and cannot be transferred to another user for a charge or free.

BlogExplosion have a zero tolerance policy against any member caught spamming. Any member that is in violation of our Spam Policy will have their accounts deleted immediately. DO NOT SPAM !!!

Since it's essentially legal for most people of all ages to generally own/operate a personal blog and that different countries around the world all have different legal definitions of 'acceptable use' of what teenagers can do online BlogExplosion cannot enforce formal age requirements in terms of being a member.

Therefore any teenagers that sign-up with BlogExplosion must comply with ALL local laws that have been established (where you live in terms of what is deemed acceptable use) and that it is your responsibility to make sure that you are complying with all aspects of those locally established laws.

Although BlogExplosion is a free service to use that does NOT collect/share any personal information about it's members (beyond keeping traffic statistics) it is still a service that requires memership and contains advertising. However, different countries around the world still do have specific rules about these issues and all members must comply with those laws and regulations as defined by where you live.

Second we ask teenagers to ask your parents to sit down with you while first using BlogExplosion and seek their opinions and permission to use the service. Some blogs may contain profanity or have mature content in them, so again we ask all teenagers to have your parents sit down with you and make sure that your parents approve you using BlogExplosion.
